Mazá Zimmerman has been a leader in various capacities since the early 2000’s. He spent over a decade working as a Conductor and managing Gospel Choirs for several organizations. Presently, he applies his leadership skills in the restaurant industry as a Certified Training General Manager for a national restaurant chain and is the Music Director for a Baptist Church in Los Angeles.

J. Alvarado has been in leadership and management positions since 1996. He began his career in the tech industry, managing sales and tech support call centers for various companies. He then transitioned to graphic design, working for the largest advertising agency on the West Coast and eventually becoming Vice President of a Web Services Corporation. After earning a degree in Film, J. worked in the film industry, contributing to feature films and several popular TV shows. He also owned and operated a family restaurant in Los Angeles for over a decade. Currently, he teaches Graphic Design at a high school in Downtown Los Angeles.

Hayley Timsit is a university student pursuing a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. With a background in Social Media, she brings a keen understanding of digital trends to the team. Outside of her academic pursuits, Hayley enjoys yoga, which keeps her grounded and focused, and photography, allowing her to capture and share her unique perspective on style and aesthetics.
